by hillaryx314, Jan 10, 2008 02:46PM
3 days ago i got out of my desk at school and i felt someone weird happen in my lower back.  At first the pain wasn't so bad, but now it's horrable! When i walk, it is fine.  Sitting hurts a little bit, but sudden movements, and when i get up from sitting are definitely the worst pains.  I'm pretty sure its my tail bone but i really dont know.  Any help?

I hurt my tailbone apprx. 18 yrs ago.  I fell while skating and everytime I sit when I get up the pain is so severe I want to cry. The doctors said the only they can do for me is surgery however, they don't recomend it because it takes over a year to heal. So I have not had it done because I have so many other problems I don't want to add to this problem because I don't want to add to this problem as you know it is so painful.  I wish you luck with your tailbone.it sounds like you have broken it some how. Sorry for all of your pain as I know what you are going through. My prayers will be with you.  Dee52
