Hi, I am 50 years old, recently diagnosed with celiac sprue, sphyncter of oddi and Gerd. I have had 8 confirmed pregnancies, 4 live births, 4 miscarriages at mid term. I have done keggels.trust me! I had a total hysterectomy because of bleeding and polycystic ovaries. Cervix is gone too, ten years now. The appendix was removed in 1996 as well as part of the cecum because of a tumor. Now  I  have been having really sharp pain in the lower right quadrant; to the point where I can no longer walk. Then, I walk , I pee, I laugh, I pee, I sneeze, I really pee. I can't run, can't jog and sex is painful. I fell a buldge. There was blood in the urine, I took cranberry juice and water, there is no visible blood now.  What do I do? Where do I go?

Could be Crohn's, which causes pain typically in the lower right quadrant and is a gastro disorder.  Could also be some problem from a kidney stone that is either stuck or has passed and left behind some damage.  Not sure what to tell you except not to give up.
