Needing urgent attention...

I live in Tennessee and do not have access to get my teeth worked on due to insurance.  I have been waiting for months for approval while my insurance company decides if my infection in my jaw bone
osteomyelitis that started when a PICC line went sepsis with MRSA.  I  recovered, but the infection had settled in my mouth.  Now, my insurance will not pay because they do not pay "dental" even though this started as non dental and now spread way beyond just a couple teeth.  I have almost lost all my teeth and am in great agony now as I wait.  What can I do, i this misery?
