The disrespect to myself, her father (we are happily married and he is very much involved with her), and anyone else has gotten so bad that people are now staying away from her which is causing her to feel very bad about herself and angry which triggers all new problems.
She is very destructive. I can't even imagine the thousands of dollars worth of stuff she has destroyed over the last 2-3 yrs. From writting with sharpie on the doors to using scissors and cutting up my sofa. I am scared of what is going to be next.
Additionally, you said you can't see someone til March. If the situation is that desperate, maybe you could go to an ER locally with your daughter to get more urgent treatment, or call her regular dr and be persistent indicating that the problem is urgent and that her own safetyChild safety seats Home safety Safe driving for teens Safety is at risk.
Thank you for your very candid post. I am sure it couldn't have been easy for you to have to relive all that to try and help me. I really do appreciate it. I have been thinking about what you said and if things get that bad I will do as you suggested. Anything is better that nothing at this point. Our ped dr is sending us to a eval person (March appoint) cause to see a specialist around here it could take up to 6 months to get her in (that I would not be able to wait for). I spoke to her teacher who is very happy we are going for help (we are not the only ones having problems with her) but I want to know if her teacher was having so many problems why they didn't referr her to their childChild neglect and psychological abuse Child safety seats Child tylenol cold multi-symptom plus cough School age child development study team? I know academically she is doing great but they could still get her evaled due to behaviorAutistic behavior Behavior - unusual or strange Bulimia Hyperactivity Suicide and suicidal behavior Temper tantrums. It wouldn't take this long to get things moving that's for sure.
