pregnancy after IUD

I have removed my IUD after having it for 5 years. I got pregnant 2 months after removing it. My concern is the cramping i have been having a few weeks before i found out i was pregnant and even till now. It is very sharp pain and its almost feels like im having contractions. The pain comes and goes but when i get it, it really is painful. What are common symptoms for pregnancy after removing the IUD?
