Confused and worried about Breast Implant

I am 32 years old and did a breast augmentation on March 2006.My implant was After two weeks I found out that I was 10 days pregnant. After 3 weeks my surgeon took off the right side implant because of the complication due to hormonal changes as what he say and I can't take antibiotics more. I delivered my baby Dec. 22, 2006. Four months past my surgeon advise me to put it back my right side implant but I told him that I want my left side to be firm again because it sagged due to my pregnancy. Instead he advise me to get another bigger implant to achieve what I want. as I remember he told me at first surgery that my implant was 300cc only because I was too thin that time(5'3 in height, 104lbs). He want me to have a 340cc-360cc. After it was done I noticed that the left side was bigger than the right. I patiently waited for 2-3 months hoping something will change but instead I found out that the left side were still sagging and looks more bigger than the other side. The surgeeon advise me again to have a breast lift and after 3-4 weeks from the breast lift procedure I'm still not satisfied because it still sag a little bit not mentioning the differences of the size of my breast. And the look of the scar is not pleasing to me. It was big, hard and thick. He injected something on the scar regularly to soften it. But my concern is my breast size now are similar to my first implant which he said the 340cc change to 360cc in which i was confused because I'm 100% sure that the first implant was 300cc. to be continued.....

Your history of surgery is somewhat confusing to me, but I do understand that after several operations and a pregnancy, your right breast is smaller than your left breast and there is still some sag and scarring from the previous procedures on the left side.  It is also clear that you are not satisfied with the results of the surgery and probably have lost some confidence in your surgeon.

It is impossible for me to make specific recommendations without seeing you in consultation.   However, your best solution would be attempt an honest non-threatening conversation with your surgeon about the results of you procedure and what, if anything, can be achieved to improve your situation.  If you still remain confused and uncertain, then your best recourse would be to obtain a second opinion.

Beside the surgeon never told me at my first surgery procedure that my breast size were not the same.  Now I felt uncomfortable and upset because I need to add a little more sponge to the right breast just to make it look the same. And for now I don't have any extra cash to do the surgery again(ofcourse to a different surgeon) so can you tell me what should I need to ask or talk to my surgeon about my case? Can you gave me a little explanation or knowledge pertaining to my breast augmentation?
