ovarian cyst after surgery

i had cysts on both ovaries.right one had 3.2x2.5x2.8 cm cyst while on left one was 11.9x6.1x9.7 cm big.both cysts were removed leproscopically .
now after 2 months i did sonogram again .it showed endometrium is thickened and measures 1.2 cm .on right ovary there is a well circumscribed echogenic mass ,which measures 1.8x1.1x.7 cm.there is small amount of fluid in cul-de-sac.
please explain this report to me and is this possible to have cyst again after surgery? how can i prevent this ? i am 24 yrs old and thinking of having baby now.will that be effected as cysts are comming back .
