by lam123, Jan 13, 2008 05:16PM
last night i had sex without any protection but he "pulled out" i know its not the best way to prevent anything and i can still get pregnate. i should start my period in a few days so i was wondering if i should take a test or if i can this early and what are my chances of being pregnate?

To: question!
If he ejaculated inside of you it would depend on whether or not you were ovulating , which usually but not always happens in the middle of a woman's cycle.  If he did not, and ejaculated outside of you, chances are good you did not get pregnant. You should take a preganancy test right away to find out so that you have time to decide on options if you are pregnant. If you are not, I would suggest that you get on regular birth control and use condoms and not leave your choices up to chance! Pepper Schwartz, PhD

This early?  probably wouldn't do much good I think you need to give the zygote some time to implant.  You may want to call your doctor about a morning after pill though.
