Can you lactate without being pregnant? And can it be caused by Breast Implants?

I've never heard of breast plants causing lactation. Other than pregnancy, lactation is usually caused by a hormone imbalance. You should seek medical advice.

YES you can lactate without being pregnant
adoptive moms do it ALL THE TIME
have no idea about breast implants
