Doctor has detected fibrotic koch's.  Please advise me whether this is injurious to health or I am a koch patient.  Any kind of treatment is available to remove the same.

Koch's disease is another name for tuberculosis of the lung.  It can become fibrotic, which means TB with scar formation.  If so, you may have a very treatable disease.  However, any fibrosis that has developed will be permanent.

You would do well to get a second opinion from a physician with experience in the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis.
