post defibrillator problems

Husband had ICD implanted June 06. Gave him the BIG ZAP on Aug. 07. He has had other problems ever since. Question is could this "zap" have affected other organs?? He now has problems with stomach acid, excessive stomach gas, possible pancreas problems. His blood sugar is suddenly up. His blood pressure has DROPPED. Cardiologist here will not answer my questions. Hubby has been through several tests for heart, stomach, carotid doppler done, thyroid checked, blood sugar.
