Persistent right bicep fsciculation

by Twitch744, Jan 16, 2008 09:17AM
I've had intermittent fasciculation of my right bicep for over a week now.  The twitching is visible even under clothes.  No other muscles are affected and there is absolutely no pain anywhere in my body and no noticable loss of strength or muscle mass.  My diet is not lacking in potassium or magnesium.  I have an underactive thyroid, but am on regular medication which is checked every six months.  I have not strained the muscle lately.  In fact my life is quite sedentary, but my BMI is in the healthy range.  The twitches occur even when i am most relaxed and are not associated with any particular thoughts, moods or behaviours.
