cyst/menses/hpv?

I need opinion!  I had hpv diagnosised back in 98 and was treated by laser to remove.  I know I had scar tissue on cervix.  My last 3 checkups dr. was unable to get enough cells to test for hpv.  I have gone for ultrasounds and they say I have cyst on ovaries and cervix.  The last one 6/07 radiology said to retest in 3 mtnhs since there were changes since my last ultrasound something about ephoreic?  my dr. said no need to.  I was put on the pill to control pain etc.  my periods were already regular but now i have not had one since starting mini pill she said normal.  I got pregnant on it years back so i worry. The cyst on the cervix is the size of a pea(marble). Maybe it is just scar tissue very solid and maybe unable to be drained. it is hard to explain, maybe pain is the wrong word to use.
Yes I have pain(sharp/stinging/sensitive) when anything touches it. Rather like when you hit your funny bone. It use to be once and a while and now it is a constant thing during intercourse no matter which position. When it happens it travels to my lower abdomin/pelvic area. Then while sitting i feel like i have something in me it is more of an irritation feeling. I do feel like something is tearing or like I have an open cut/scrape/burning feeling up on the cervix. I have bad lower abdominal cramping would be a better word very sore/tender.  I also have had breast drainage and pain. I hope this helps explain what I have been experiencing.  My dr. I only had for 3yrs now, she has not looked at me since6/07 last check up ultrasound I wrote her and she said to get rid of pain I would need hysterectomy.  that the cyst they said on cervix may be scar tissue and undrainable.  What she i do:? I am 34yrs old and mom of 3.  I have test results if needed to be looked at.

i'm not a doctor but i got a good visual and visceral feeling for what ur describing!if it was me whatever it took to remove the pain and remove the cyst i would go with.
