Trying to find something safe for me...

I am 20 years old and about to get married... I don't feel that using a birth control pill that changes the endometrial mucus is a good decision for me because of all the controversy. Please tell me there is a pill that I can take that does not do that? One that only has the barrier method? Please please...

I don't think there are any pills like that, I think you would maybe have to go with another form of birth control then. The pill isn't as bad as what some people may say. I take Yasmin, not only to use in preventing pregnancy, but also because my periods were all messed up. With Yasmin, I had no side effects and continue to have no side effects. Maybe someone else might know a bit more information then me. You could also sheck with your GYN too.
