Anger

I am 20 years old and I have an anger problem. I have always been a very passive person and as each year comes, I become more easily angered and aggitated. I'm at the point now where I sometime black out when I become angry, people tell me that I act extremely irritated and unresponsive in this state. Sometimes, when mad, I lose sight in my left eye. I also have fits where I become infuriated and then become dizzy to the point where I pass out. The smallest thing will set me off and I usually have an episode once every two or three days. My grandmother tells me that my grandfather was exactly the same way when he was younger. Is there anything that I should look out for?
