Anus stimulation during defecating

by nawct, Jan 17, 2008 06:34PM
For the longest time I've been told that eating greasy fast food was bad for you.  For the most part, I was able to digest it just fine.  Early in my teens I found that the anus had lots of nerve endings and that it felt good to play with.  Before I knew it, I found myself stimulating the anus with toilet paper while defecating gave me that good feeling of when you "drop a log".  Over the years I continued to do this and never had any issues.  If my anus got sore, I would stop for a few days and continue on.  Eventually I found that by continuously stimulating the anus I could get food to go through me faster, especially if it was something that I knew was bad for me.  I ended up having stomach troubles including acid reflux which rotted my teeth(fixed now), constant stomach aches, back aches, kidney aches, prostate aches, etc.  The stimulation basically had become an addiction and if in my head I felt that needed to get bad food out, I would stimulate my anus until something came out, and it became so bad that I stopped having solid stools.  The stress of work and life and being away from home caused me to have to eat out a lot, and it came to the point where I was stimulating until I had fissures.  I got some cream from the doctor but was never asked very much about the cause.  Now the fissures come and go.

I've never spoke out about this, and I've recently stopped doing this, but I want to know if this is common and what it would be called.  I know I have to stop before I get hemorrhoids or nerve damage and need to let my body take its time to do its thing.  For me, its almost become an anal anorexia that feels way too good.  This is not a joke, I appreciate any help, advice, shared experiences, etc.

Not much feedback, guess its not common, but its going on 2 weeks normally using the bathroom and I feel much better and I think things are going back to normal, no feelings/symptoms of any damage that may have been caused over the years.
