migraine and leg pain

Does anyone else have leg pain with your migraine?  I get tingling in my toes, some pain up my calf, and this time swelling and pain in my knee.

Is it just the one knee and foot.> Do you ever have pain in the back of your knee?

Any pain in joints?
Do you get really painful fingers in the cold?
Have your migraines been diagnosed by a board certified neurologist?

Also,
Have you had any period of bed rest lately?
Surgery?
Chest pain?
Been on any long flights lately?
How old are you?
Is there any redness in the leg with the knee?

Hi,

A consult with your primary physician may help rule out other causes of the knee pain. Any previous injury? Do you engage in rigorous exercises or have a particular hobby or sport wherein you could have injured your knee?

A localized infection in the extremities may manifest as headache with fever, muscle pains and exhaustion if the infection becomes severe.An injury to the knee may impinge a nerve and cause swelling and tingling in the extremity.A localized injury seldom causes a headache unless it involves the head itself.Other systemic causes like autoimmune diseases also need to be ruled out.A  complete medical history, physical and neurologic examinations may be able to help your physician  focus on a probable diagnosis.A radiograph or CT scan of the knee may be able to help.
