spinal stenosis/slurred speech

My cousin is extremely frustrated in finding a diagnosis.She is 46.She has had a stoke in the past and was diagnosied with M.S..She has again demonstated symptoms of slurred speech,lose of strength,non movement of legs,diarrhea,nausea loss of weight.overall weakness.She recently was hospitalized and her neurologist states he thinks it is a reaction to stress and did not know for sure if it was M.S.(non she was treated for years for M.S.)She rently saw a new neurologist who said she did not have M.S but spinal stenosis and also felt this is how she response to stress it may be Post stress syndrome..She is making an appointment with the ortropedic regarding the spinal stenosis,but still has slurred speech and swelling of her lymphnodes.any suggestions on what to do now?She has had car accidents ,motorcycle accidents but has grown up with many recreational vehicles.thesethings happen.she says.I am at a lost on advising her.
