breast question

its been a month that I am breastfeeding a a wek ago I noticed that I have a whitehead on my nipple.
It hurts a bit, ut I can still feed on it.  Is it a pimple or does it ound like something else.  What can I do, shuld I call my obgyn?  Thanks

it sounds like a sucking blister from bub is he latching on properly? i had them too but they do go away

Thanks for replying,,
This is my third child so I've nursed before but I never had this.  A blister, or pimple I feel.  I looked at it and the white head is not there anymore.  Maybe its covered with skin.  It dosent hurt but I can still feel like it wants to come back, when she's nursing on it.  Nursing is going well.  Thanks
