As a mom, my daughter suffered the same symptoms last year,. Her cough deeped, and by the time we went to the doctors, it moved into her lungs, and she had bronchitas, and phnemonia (sp?)!!! He r fever was high as well, and I didn't sleep all night for 3 days worried. So, it never hurts to go to the Dr. just in case she needs an antibiotic. Either that, or her cough just needs to break up, but like I said, the safest bet is to take a trip to the Dr's. If they can't squeese ya in, there's always an Urgent Care of even emergancy room.It's been over 48 hrs of a fever of 98.6... 103 sounds high!!!! Good Luck, I hope she's ok!!!
