Pregnant after tubes tied?

I had my tubes tied 15 year ago..I am 38 now and as of Tomorrow am missing 2 Periods..I have done two Pregnancy test both neg... I kinda fell like I may be pregnant but I dont know If it is just wishfull thinking.. My last period was normal lasted 4 days went away for a day and then I spotted or another 4 days the spotting was not normal it was like dried..around the time my next period was supposed to start my breast were real sore but that went away...I dont know whatto think...I feel like I am going razy
