Help Im preggy and sick

Hi, I have a horrible past with kidney stones and more kidney infections than I can count. I am an American, but I am in Egypt right now, and pregnant. I am in my 6 month with my third child. I have been having back pain, burning when urinating, and all of the common signs for me when I ahve an infection. The problem is where I am. I ahve been here 5 years, I go back to the states in two months. Medical care for women is not the same here, to say the least. Anyway, I ahve got an urine analysis from a local lab. I dont know how to read the results and my Dr apparently doesnt either. He took it form me, and tossed it back unread, and said that everything is normal. Of course this si the same Dr that has never given a pap smear, never given me a vaginal exam at all, hasnt ordered any blood test in my pregnancy. I have been to two other Drs, and pretty much got the same treatmenr, although they came recommended, lol. So along with no normal prenat care, I have burnign with urination.
My results from the analysis were as follows
Reaction Acidic
SP Gravity 1020
puss cells/ HPF 6-8 HPF
RBCs / HPF 3-5 HPF
casts NIL
crystals Am.urate (++)
Epithelial cells (++)
Everything else was norm and maybe this stuff is too, but I would love to know for sure and find out what si causign my discomfort. I know when I was preggy in america with my son, first child, i got a kidney infection and was hospitalized to rec. antibiotic treatment.

The pus cells or white blood cells in your urinalysis is slightly elevated ( normal range 0-4/hpf).All the rest seems to be within normal range.This appears to suggest that you do have an infection. It is important however to note that normal values do vary depending on storage and preservation techniques.
I suggest you bring your urinalysis result with you and seek a second opinion with another physician in the area so that medications will be prescribed. Certain antibiotics are not recommended during pregnancy.A board certified and experienced OB/GYNE in the area will be in the best position to help you.
