Bladder pain following bowel movement

Four years ago I had a mesh sling to correct bladder incontinence. Interesting to note that peeing took on a new task - really have to think about it to get it started and concentrate to complete the voiding.  But it did the trick - dry.  Eighteen months ago I had surgery to correct my prolapse and it included a rectocile.  Since my last surgery I have extreme discomfort in my bladder following any "loose" bowel movement.  It is so debilitating that I need to lay low for around 12 hours or so.  I feel like my pelvic area is on fire and my bladder is having barbed wire yanking at it .  Turning in bed can increase a stabbing like pain.  It almost seems that there is some bulkage in the lower bowel area that is pressing against my bladder.  Once the pain has subsided there is no discomfort whatsoever. Normal stool motion does not cause me any problems.  I dont have IBS  or at least I dont think I have.  Would love a comment on this before I go nuts and sit on a carving knife and execute a bladder/boweloscopy!
