A few weeks ago I had an IUD inserted and very shortly after that it expulled, I passed huge bloodclots for days non-stop until i went to the E.R. and they did a small exam and put me on a double dose of birth control pills, that slowed the bleeding but the blood looks dirty and, now i'm experiencing a very bad odor and pain as if it was menstrul cramps, and over the past few days i haven't been able to move my bowels without taking a laxative. also, they gave me tramadols for the cramps but that rarely helps. do you think i'm experiencing some serious complications because of this IUD, and what should i do....i wish i could have a hysterectomy, but i'm 26 with no children.
