I have a male friend who is 43 years old. He has a pace maker, I believe he is taking medication for high blood pressure (not sure) a pill for his diabetis, and sometimes a water pill. I think he is taking medicationfor his heart as well. I don't know if he is taking any other medication. What I would like to know could it effect him getting an erection. It seems all the time we have intercourse it does not get erect on his own, he has to use his hand or mine to get an erection?

most meds for high bp have an adverse reaction on the libido. have him talk to his doc. There may be other choices that won't affect him as much. If not, then maybe he should consider one of the ED meds that are out there...if he is able to take them
