Getting PPO with medical history

Hi,
we are going to relocate to California soon where my husband got a job with a big company. They offered us a PPO insurance plan. I had cancer 3 years ago which was cured and I'm worried that they will not want to insure me. Does anybody know if I would get insurance despite my history or we should reconsider our relocation at all?
Thanks.

Dear canGirl444,

If your husband's new CA employer is offering your family a "group plan" and you have had continuous coverage so far, you don't have to worry about your pre-existing condition. Group plans are "guaranteed issue" & don't decline anyone due to pre-existing health issues.

Sincerely,
