If your periods are every five weeks, you are probably ovulating around day 21. There are a couple of ways to find out if you are ovulating. One is to get a blood test on day 21 for a hormone called progesterone, which is only present in the blood during the 11-14 days after ovulation before your next period starts. If the progesterone is more than 3 ng/ml (or 10 pmol/ml, depending on where you live), then you are ovulating. If less than 3 ng/ml on day 21, I would suggest repeating on day 25, 26, 27, or 28 to see if you have had a delayed ovulation. If neither test shows a value more than 3, then you are not ovulating and should see a doctor to determine why this is, and what medicines will get you to ovulate.

The second way is to buy urine ovulation prediction kits at the pharmacy (no need to buy the expensive computerized fertility monitor - just the kits) and start testing around day 12. You should see a positive test hopefully by day 20 and certainly by day 25. If the tests do not show ovulation, you may be anovulatory. If they show ovulation, the best time to have intercourse is the day the urine test turns positive, and the day after.

I am in the USA, and do not know what 19 stone 7 calculates out to in pounds or kg.

The whole stone thing kinda bothered me a little bit, I have OCD, so through research on the net then consulting my husband, the math wizz, we came up with a stone is equaled to 14 pounds. So her weight would be 273. 19 stone equals 266, and then 7 pounds would be 273! So I hope this helps you out!
