Hello Doctor,
I have a question about coffe tea and caffeine.
I'm 34 and I will be doing a natural cycle with FET in October if everything goes well with the thaw.
I'm trying to prepare my body in the best way and I would like to have guidelines on the caffeine consume.
Some say yes to decaf coffe but not decaf tea. Some say no chocolate :( some say not herbal tea.
can you please tell me what is the right thing to do?
Thanks a lot,
Miky

1-2 caffeinated beverages a day are OK in my opinion. As with everything, no excess. Hope the FET works!

Decaf tea has at least 4mg of caffeine per serving...regular tea has 10mg.  I think that is why it is common for it to be "avoided" while ttc.
