Can having a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst that resolved leave residual pain that occurs during the mentrual cycle?

Dear angela3554 -

I don't think so. The pain is likely due to other causes. Painful periods can sometimes be due to a condition called endometriosis; sometimes periods are just painful. Have you been trying motrin or advil? The hemorrhagic cyst that went away is not the cause.
