Cervical C6-C7

Hi ,

I am new to this group. Close to 7 years back I was diagnosed with reduced gap between cervials C6 and C7..the nerve coming out from this gap was ruptured,so I had irritation in back.I underwent traction and my doctor helped relieve the pain and suggested exercise which I need to do everyday  to make sure I don't have such pain. The doctor mentioned that my calcium density of bones was less so he recommended to take calcium tablets for 2-3 years .

Now at this moment I my bone density is good enough and  in my normal routines I never have back or neck  troubles. I now want to again start with my normal fitness activity with weights. Is it possible for me to do all the exercises or  should I  do only a few exercises to avoid any problem to my back and neck. Would the reduced gap between C6 and C7 still create problem if I start with weights training.

which exercises can I take up with out hurting my back and neck.

Thanks in advance for your attention.
