Is there any symptons of diabetes can be notice by urine?

I am a type II diabetic. Inordinate thirst and subsequent frequent urination are symptoms of diabetes. Another obvious symptom is lethargy. A urinalysis and a complete blood count is something you should do right away if you are experiencing symptoms as I have mentioned.
