Hi, I haven't heard from you for a while.  I was looking over our posts and there was a question I asked, but didn't see an answer.  One of the most telling things in your history was the presence of hyperreflexia and spasticity.  Do you still have these?  If so, why isn't your neurologist moving heaven and earth to find a reason?  These are signs of Upper Motor Neuron Disease, as you know.

Have they done Somato-Sensory-Evoked Potentials?  Did you get a referral to PT for gait work?

Also, you said you went to an MS clinic in NYC.  Was that the neuro that said the lesions  in the frontal lobe weren't suggestive of MS?  Did he have any explanation for those lesions given hyperreflexia and spasticity?  That is the EXACT combination of things that my first neuro (the "evil neuro) discounted and that my MS neuro made the diagnosis on.  In fact, my Ms doc has disagreed with every single readout of all three of my MRI's.  He disagreed with the designation of a ABO and he called lesions that the neuroradiologist had missed.

Should you take your foot in hand and hop over to another MS clinic?  Maybe?
