physical problem

I have been bulimic for 22 years now and wonder if my hives are a side effect of a nutritional defficiency.  I get hives usually just prior to my menstrual cycle.  Some times at mid cycle as well.  They usually disapate into a rash and start to go away as soon as my cycle starts.  The hives and rash were persistant from mid cycle and my breast increased a full size.  Now that I have started my cycle the rash has gone and my breast are still large and tender.  Is this just due to my nutritional problems.

Hives are very common. Although they can be annoying, they usually resolve on their own over a period of weeks, and are rarely medically serious. Some hives are caused by allergies to such things as foods, medications, and insect stings, but the large majority of cases are not allergic, and no specific cause for them is ever found. Although patients may find it frustrating not to know what has caused their hives, maneuvers like changing diet, soap, detergent, and makeup are usually not helpful in preventing hives and for the most part are not necessary.

It could be unrelated or is it possible to get hives from stress?  Bulimia causes a lot of stress!  I'm sorry I can't give you an answer.

Do you eat fruit?  And if you do would you make yourself sick after?
