Epidermoid cyst/Sebacious cyst/ or other??

by ZeroCool, Jul 08, 2007 02:39AM
Ok So, I guess I'll just get straight to the point. Approximately ONE week ago I was at work when I noticed a bump on the bottom side of my penis as I went to urinate. There is NO pain, NO itching, NO burning, nothing to signify an STD. As well as there is ONLY one bump, usually when you have an STD there's prevelance of more than one and usually in clusters. At first I thought the worst, HSV or HPV but I recently have been tested and have been with no one new as I have been selebate, unfortunately. So this bump is about the size of a pencil eraser, not very big. Also it is hard, but also at the same time not like a rock, its pliable like it could be lanced. I have done my research and looked @ pictures and read up on it and have been able to decypher it as probably a cyst of some kind. So, in my research I found other types of cysts that I don't think it is. I think it's a Epidermoid cyst, but I'm not sure. What should I do seeing as I do not have health insurance at this time? get a 1 month policy so I can go to the doctor? treat it myself?
