cranial third nerver palsy and lasik surgery

ok i was diagnosed with cranial third nerve palsy when i was about 4-6 i had about 8 surgeries by the age of 8 and i was wondering if by chance i would be quallified or if it would even help, for the new laser surgery i think its called lasik surgery, i have to have at least 20/30 vision in one eye to get a pilots license well if anybody could help me out i would apprieciate it alot thanks
