Thin Endometrium on Follistim

I am 30 and have been trying to get pregn for 1 year.  I went of birth control and have not been ovulating.  Tried clomid, got a follicle about 18mm but no ovulation and a thin endometrium.  Now on 2 days of follistim, still very small follicles (many) and uterine lining very thin.  I am not sure why my uterine lining is not thickening or my follicles growing after 2 days, is this normal.  Will the follistim work?  I am on a low dose since they are afraid to over stimulate but

Dear Perten4 - sorry for the late response. How did things go? After only two days on follistim, I am not worried about a thin endometrium, but would like to know if it became thicker after a few more days.
