pulled look post facelift

I had a lower facelift (?) - the Liftstyle Lift.  I am 4+ months out. There is asymmetry in my face and the dreaded pulled look below my cheek bones along with some sagging reappearing elsewhere.  Would massage help decrease the pulled look?  Or do you have other suggestions?

The so-called Lifestyle lift is a marketing ploy performed primarily by otolaryngologists in various clinic for reduced costs.  The pulled look is often the result of either an inappropriate direction of pull and/or tension of the skin with little attention to the deep layers.  Massage is unlikely to help.  Either return to your surgeon or seek the consulation of a Board Certified plastic surgeon.
