Enterocele and Rectocele?

Hello. I am 36 yo. with 1 child vaginal delivery. 6 months ago I had TVH due to extensive uterine prolapse. Last month in December, I had sudden enterocele and rectocele develop, to the extent of nearly coming out of vaginal area. Dr. said surgery could repair and he repaired them vaginally. I am now 5 weeks post op and it has come back!!!!! I have followed docs instructions to the word and not sure why this happened but am at my wits end. I had severe pain for weeks after surgery, almost as if a tight stitch was pulling, then immediately one day I woke up last week and it was gone, but I had bleeding instead. I went to dr. He said this is only granular healing of where stitches were and I would be fine. He put nitrate on raw spot and sent me on my way. Since then in the past 3 days, the bulging has reappeared. My 6 wk ckup is next Tuesday and I will tell my GYN then of what I am afraid that I see again. Can any Dr. please offer me advice, or what my next step is, or anyone (patient) who has experienced this as well please post back? I am so exhausted at this point and I just want to be normal again, but I don't feel that will ever happen. Please help.
