can somone plz tell me if i got ADHD? PLEASE HELP IM WORRIED IM GOING TO FAIL 9th GRADE

i really want to know if i have it, becuase its effecting my school stuff. (And im 15 years old just to let your know)   ok so i forget stuff ALL the time, at least 20 times a day (seriously) i have the worst, REALLY short atttentions span, lemme think of an example.. umm SCHOOL! i cant concentrate what so ever expecialy in math class, i faild algebra 2 times, cause i cant stay concentrated, after about 30 seconds of taking notes, i find my self in my own little world thinking about random things, after a while i give up on trying to pay attention. ok and im always figeting my hands and legs, im always bouncin my legs aroudn and other stuff like that, you know.  and MY sleep SUCKS, i havent been able to fall asleep before 12:30 in months, and i start going to bed from 9:30 up till 10:30 so i have a bunch of time waiting for sleep.  i just cant stop thinkig about the stupidest things anybody cares about.. i HATE it.  also i try thinking about too many things and feel like im hearing like 50 of me talking inside my head all at the same time saying stuff aobut stupid things i dont care about.  and i cant remember anything ive learned in the past month, i dont think im stupid i just have too much **** going thru my head all at once.  im not like a person who  talks a bunch and acts all hyper all the time, but like maybe once a day i feel extremely awake, and i feel like like just beating somone up for no reason, (prolly one of my friends)  anddd i cant do homework, its weird i can do math good, only if i am watching tv, if im sitting on the couch i get to like i dont know how to describe it, but i always do somthing else.  
ALSO i keep feeling stressed and suuuper tired while at school, i often have terrible headaches at school too.

SO SOMONE PLEASE!! HELP ME!!! TELL ME WHAT DO!!!

I'm not a doctor, but I have a 12 year old son who was diagnosed with ADD, and what you're describing is similar to what happens with him, expect he's not hyper.  I think that if you do have it or you think you have this condition, seeing a neurologist could be the best thing, because medication apparently does wonders in curbing behavior and improving your attention and focus.  Don't despair.  See an expert and find out for sure.  This way you don't have to suffer needlessly.

   Please talk with your school counselor.  They should be able to really help.  In fact, print out your letter and show it to them.  Your parents also need to know what is going on, and that is something that your school counselor should be able to help with.
   How did you do in middle school?  Usually someone doesn't get this far through the system without being helped.  If you do have ADHD (and it does sound like it), school will drive you nuts, as you are being asked to do things that you just can't do.  Keep us posted .  You have taken an important step in taking the time to write.  Don't stop now. Get some help.  This is too big to deal with alone.
