heart pain

I am a 26 yr old male. Over the last 4-5 yrs I have been having chest pains on my left side and sometimes it travels done my left arm. It often feels better when I hold my arm close to my chest. I first started noticing a pattern after it would occur after eating food from Wendy’s, so I stopped and it wasn’t occurring very much. Two years ago I noticed that it also occurred when I was doing strenuous activity. I was in New Orleans and after tilling the ground in high 90-degree weather I had a lot of pain that lasted a few hrs. Since then it hasn’t occurred very much and I try to watch what I eat but it has occurred a few times and usually after eating a large meal. Yesterday I was in a boxing match with those huge boxing cloves and after it was over and being more exhausted than I have ever felt (I don’t give up) my head felt like it was swollen for a few hours and after that I noticed my chest was hurting. It has almost been 24 hrs since then and it still hurts. I have taken 1 Aleve. I am in descent shape; I just came back from a two-day ski trip and felt good. My blood pressure is usually around 120 over 65 (my wife and I always check ours at cvs). One other note, five years ago I did some illegal drugs, over 7 mo I probably did cocaine 20 times, one time I felt a pain in my chest. Sorry for my stupidity.
