White small zits around my penis!!!!!1 HELP!!!!!!!

Hello im 20 and just recently i noticed a small white bump sit looking thing and theres around 15 they are small looking zit with a white top they dont hurt or anithing but lately theyved gotten me all paranoiid!!!!! is it herpes? STD? please help i wanna kno its freaking me out and making me all uncomfortable
