sore on vagina opening

I have endometriosis, after trans vaginal scan i have a white sore on the opening of the vagina
it causes lot of discomfort, it is like mouth sore (ulcer) sometimes itchy but burning, feeling hot.
What it could be. i'm married and i follow monogamy. i have generalised leg and hip pain. Plese tell me know it could be. This happened after trans vaginal scan for endometriosis.
