I had an MRI on brain and back that showed two small white spots. on the brain and spinal stenosis.  I also had quite a fall last Sept 2007 where I hit my head.  Since then I have had occasional headaches, mostly mild starting at my neck and going throughout my head.  They always change location and are generally quite mild.  I am sleeping fine and moving my head seems to change the location of the head or neckache.

I seem to have more ringing in one ear and some arthritis in the neck and am seeing a doctor this week.

Any ideas on this?
