Polio Vaccine aderse reaction

My 5 year old grandson received the polio vaccine about 1 week ago. He has had a series of odd symptoms daily. Has anyone heard of any of these from the polio vaccine? First symptom was severe diarrhea, numbness in one leg, swollen left hand, swollen left foot, unable to walk on left foot, swollen right foot, rash over swollen areas, rash in throat. These don't all appear at one time, but come and go on different days.
