Well, it is always sad when i hear someone joining this exclusive club...i'm sorry no one answered your question, but i will try...
i use something called tri-salts from advanced nutritionals. it is a calcium/potassium/magnesium powder i put in a drink. you can find this on amazon.com. it is a high quality suppliment.  i also use creatine, Q-10, and vitamin E along with a liquid multi-vitamin by Garden of LIfe.
...i download the meditations on hayhouseradio.com so i can sleep as the twitching bothers me especially when i am in bed.......heating pad helps the cramps if you get them...
have you tried other forums for PALS? (people with ALS).  i will give you two forums that i think will really help you:

this forum is good for basic questions and stuff you should be getting before you need it.
ALS-TDI is a great place to find out what other PALS are trying therapeutically...there is a great forum here on lithium trials...
