NEED HELP ASAP

by spastic, Jan 28, 2008 06:22PM
Five years ago I had a hysterectomy and the surgery went bad. I had a hematoma that went from one ovary to the other. Shortly after I developed Raynauds with mottle changes in legs and arms. The pain has gradually worsened and now I can't work. I was diagnosed with rsd/crps. I have spasms that lock me up. My arms, legs. jaw, hands and feet cannot move. I have been taking gabapentin ever since the surgery and I'm at 2400 mg a day but the other day I had pain so bad I seriously contemplated suicide. I take trazadone, xanax, flexeril and nothing helped that day until I took them all at once and passed out. I believe I have a hypoparathyroid disorder like my g-pa and there is more to the rsd diagnosis. My pcp wants to send me to the mayo clinic to see if I have some rare neurological disorder other that rsd. I am getting my thyroid checked tommorrow. I need advice, I really cant afford to go to the Mayo clinic.
