Purple BIisters on Inner Thighs

I need help in finding out what these are. They are small gumball sized purple blisters on my upper inner thigh. I recently had one that was on my outer vaginal lip as well. When they rupture they leak a bloody pus fluid that is thick. They are sometimes painful, other times they are not. After they rupture, it feels like a creater was left behind and fluid fills under them, and then they are very painful. Please help! I have been tested for STD's and I am free and clear of all of them! I am very clueless as to what these are and they are quite embarssing!
