Post Lattice laser surgery expectations?

I recently had laser surgery in both eyes for lattice degeneration. Since the surgery I have experienced "flashing" in one eye, very low in my field of vision and mostly at night when eyes are closed. My DR says it's nothing to worry about but I'm wondering if I need a second opinion and exam? Thanks for your thoughts!

If you are worried you can certainly see a second opinion however nothing you've noticed is rare or unusual.
