Holes Instead of Glands?

I'm 18 years old and have had this problem since I was about 15-16.  I've never had sex partly because I'm scared of what the other person will think of this.  Under the shaft of my penis, there are many tiny holes in neat rows.  They have a color of black/red to them and if I fold my skin and feel inside of them, I can feel very hard pebble-like things in each one.  As the shaft gets closer to the testicles, more appear and I have noticed that some had hair coming out of them.  I'm guessing there is a problem with the glands/hair follicles or whatever they are, but this is just a pure guess.

Another thing is that it seems like I have a wide black line going half-way down my shaft, and when it touches the head of my penis, it looks like it is "pulling" that part of the foreskin down just a tiny bit.

I've searched EVERYWHERE for a close description of this and I've only found one thread on a different website.  Sadly, I lost the link as the website was not popular, plus the three people there that had the exact description of this never got an answer as to what this was.

yes! same thing! ive been searching on it and not found anything. it looks really nasty, and i want it gone. there is holes and some have hair coming out of it.

Is there any associated pain or itchiness in that part of the penis?

You have mentioned that this involves the hair follicles.The dark  spots associated with them may be plugged follicles or plugged deposits of oil and dead tissue within the pores ,much like comedones.

Are there any associated problems with sexual responses?

Any problems with urination?

I suggest that you have this checked by a dermatologist. This may not be something urgent but I do understand your concerns.

Research Pilonidal Sinus.  It's something that's usually at the tailbone... but it sounds the same to me... check into it.  Good luck.

There's no pain, but sometimes it does itch.  Rarely though.  No problems with urination, no problems with sexual responses.  They really don't do anything, it just looks bad.  I don't think it's Pilonidal Sinus.  The pictures I saw of that don't look like this, plus thats usually, like you said, around the tailbone.  Thanks for the responses though. =)

This kid kind of has the issue I had when I was his age.  Although it doesn't look like there are stages and I don't remember them ever being bumps.  The craters and black spots on the hair follicles and hair coming out of a few of them describe it though.  Except I have a plenty more.  Anyone have any idea?
