Echo Results

I have many health problems, Fibromayglia, Borderline Rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, interstitial cystitis.
During the summer I began having heart palpitations, fast heart rate, skipped beats and dizziness. It started first after working out, (I work out 30 minutes-60 Minutes cardio a day, 20 minutes of weight lifting). It became so bad after about a month that it was happening all of the time, not just after working out. Within three months I gained weight, for seemingly no reason, and was so tired I couldn’t hardly make it to class in any given day.
So far I have had a stress test/stress echo, 24-hour Halter Monitor, and now a 2-d echo. I'm due to go in for a tilt table test soon as well. All of the tests have shown sinus tachycardia, and APC's. My heart rate is resting 100-130. I am always in a general tachycardia state, with constant skipped beats. I am unable to take beta blockers, because they make me even dizzier, sick to my stomach and increase my asthma systems.
Now I just got a copy of my Echo, and here are the results:

1) Sinus Tachycardia and APC's
2) Borderline left atrial size
3) Left ventricular ejection fraction 67%
4) No substantial valvular disease, but minimal mitral prolapse, trace insufficiency, and mild tricuspid insufficiency.
5) Borderline pulmonary artery pressure at the range of 30mmHg

What does all of this mean? It doesn't sound serious, but Have no idea what 2-5 are, save the mitral prolapse, and I can not find out much from a google search. Can anyone help?

Yes to the angina, my legs/ hands swell, but they've been doing that from R.A. for a couple of years now, and the swelling has gotten better since I got on new meds. I have the sharp chest pain, and then the only way I can describe the next one is like someone has their hand around my hart and is squeezing it. with the second one my heart is usually pounding so hard and I'm short of breath. When I sleep now I'm like the dead, nothing wakes me up save my annoying loud alarm.

You will have to talk to your Doctor.  I have had similar results in the past and it turned out to be diastolic heart failure, but has now progressed pulmonary hypertension & cor pulmonale.  Do you have angina, swelling of limbs, fainting?
